We took her to Kohl's yesterday, and she picked

out a charming hat!

Followed by lunch at the Tilt'n Diner. When we are home

I ask if she wants grilled cheese for lunch, the reply is:no

way! But yesterday she said yes to grilled cheese (and ketchup)

is that a barrette in her hair? yes indeedy, and it stayed

for a while. Probably because we said we were going

shopping, and that excites this kid like saying "we are

going to Disney World" excites other kids!

Welcome to a future where water is more precious than oil or gold.... This book will leave you feeling parched for a glass of water, and also make you notice more the water you leave running while you brush your teeth, or let the shower warm up. Great book.

Life As We Know It

This was a pretty funny movie. I love Katherine Heigl, she is so comic. It made me laugh quite a bit, but be warned I also cried. Although, I also cry during those commercials with the sad looking animals begging to be adopted and saved.

Shameless

I didn't know when I got this book that it was the third in a trilogy. It is your basic love/sex/adventure story set back in 1817. I like a book like this once in a while, and it was good enough that I may seek out the first two books.

Steele Hill Resort

This resort is actually just up the street from us, they have a better view up there though!

Nicole and Eric and Kali stayed there for the weekend (Nicole has a friend that works there) and Brooke and I went up for the day yesterday and swam all day long, went in the hot tub and the sauna. It was fun!

The Fighter

Since the other movie was such a flop we went On Demand and watched this. It was REALLY good. I loved Mark Wahlberg in this movie and Christian Bale played his part really well.

Legion~The Final Exorcism

It took all of 10 seconds into this movie to see that it was REALLY bad! I was told that I was not going to be allowed to be in charge of our Netflix anymore...
