Eclipse

Of course I had to see this during vacation! It was very good, a long movie though, about 2 hours. We went on Tuesday and there was hardly anyone there!

Fourth of July

Started the morning off participating in the
Four on the Fourth Road Race, our first ever!

we also had a cookout with Gary's brother's, three of them were up for the weekend and it was nice. Good food, and talk. But alas, I didn't take any pictures, I was too busy filling my face!

The Crazies

I was looking forward to a good horror movie and was excited to sit down and watch this. This is a re-make of a 1973 George Romero, and I have to say I was disappointed. It was not that scary, and just a touch boring.

Deceptive Practices

A good friend of ours wrote this book. It is set at the Balsams Resort in Northern NH, and it has a lot of mystery, intrigue and murder. It's not a book that I would have looked at and said, oh I have to read this, but it was actually pretty good and kept my interest through the whole thing.

Kali and Nicole came to York Beach for a night. Kali had many adventures and was exhausted when she left. She liked seeing the animals at York's Wild Kingdom, she had her first taste of an authentic Hawaiian Jim shaved ice treat and her first trolley ride was great fun.
