My Mother-In-Law turns 70

This was actually on the 17th, so my corned beef dinner is not happening until tonight! When is it almost 80 degrees. Oh well, it will be good. We all took my mother-in-law to the Green Ginger for dinner to celebrate her turning 70.

I decided to see what all the hype was about this book, and also I had seen previews for the movie and was intrigued so I bought the book. I couldn't put it down, it was really good, and today I went out and got the second book in the trilogy! Can't wait for the movie

I saw some reviewers slamming this movie because it was too much like the original with Kurt Russell. I actually liked this one better, maybe because the alien effects are way cooler! But really, if I found an alien embedded in ice like that, he would just have to stay there, I would not thaw that baby out!
