This was your typical woman-wronged by uncaring husband turns to handsome neighbor for love and attention story. I liked that it was set in Maine for some of it, and even though you KNEW it was going to turn out all sappy sweet and ever after at the end, it did have some drama to it. Especially WHY the husband was uncaring!

Darn it, the picture is a little blurry. It was hard to get a good one! One or the other was looking in a different direction in the other ones, this one is a little off-center but at least they are all looking at me.

Spread

Gary would give this movie 5 stars for all the boobs he got to see, I am going to give it at least 3 for seeing Ashton Kutcher's butt! Other than that, it was an okay movie, not the worst one I have seen, but possibly the worst Ashton Kutcher movie I have seen.

Train

As you can tell by the picture, this was a gore-fest. But it wasn't too bad, it had a good storyline.

Law Abiding Citizen

This was a great movie, action packed from the minute it started until the end. It was hard to figure out who I was rooting for, the "law abiding citizen" or the cops.

Faces of Fear

This was not a bad book, it kept me intrigued until the end

Old Dogs

I liked this movie, it was pretty funny. I thought maybe the part they showed on the previews where Seth Green is singing and being rocked by the gorilla would be the only funny part but there were many that had me laughing out loud.

2012

This was a great movie, it was very long, 2 hours and 38 minutes, and I do believe there was some technical stuff that could have been cut to make it shorter, but if you are a fan of disaster films this has the most awesome special effects!

The Time Traveler's Wife

I was wondering how they were going to make this movie without it being too confusing for someone who hadn't read the book. They did a pretty good job with it, although we did have to stop the movie a couple of times and explain what was going on to Gary. But, that could be because he was running his mouth and not paying attention!

Oceans Apart

This is a Christian book, which I didn't know when I started it, but it was very good. I was in tears many times as I read it. I would LOVE to see this made into a movie.

What a gorgeous Easter we had here, sunny and warm, perfect! I had dinner here for Gary's side of the family, and my Mom and Dad came too, they just got home from Florida on Friday and were not prepared to cook a big family dinner. Kali was still in a good mood when she came despite already having a long day.
