The Time Traveler's Wife

I was wondering how they were going to make this movie without it being too confusing for someone who hadn't read the book. They did a pretty good job with it, although we did have to stop the movie a couple of times and explain what was going on to Gary. But, that could be because he was running his mouth and not paying attention!
