This was a good book, but then I think all of Janet Chapman's books are good. Time traveling magical Highlanders, gotta love them.

Thanksgiving 2011~ Stowe,Vermont
Those were some of the walks we took
Brooke and Christina
The hill we walked Louie up every morning
And here he is enjoying one of his walks
This was taken outside of the Von Trapp Family lodge
And here we all are, these are the friends we go with every year
Emily's Bridge~Stowe Vermont 2011

see the smokey mist which usually means that Emily is there,
only to discover that my daughter and her friend were blowing
air out of their mouths in front of my camera every time I
snapped a picture, and laughing hysterically at me.
this one however is not from their breath
There is some mist at the right hand side of the picture
some more mist (it was a clear cloudless night)
some more to the left
there is an orb in there

4th Annual Henry Hike
okay, this picture should be down with the others
at the lake, I am too lazy to fix it
at the lake, I am too lazy to fix it
hmm, this looks to be heading upwards
Kim and Shelly
break time
I'm not really enjoying this hike
I'm not really enjoying this hike
Gary is loving it too can't you tell?
Finally at the lake
Finally at the lake
I am smiling because the climb up is over
the kids were sure having fun
all dangling our cameras out to them
Charlie and Shelly and family
the dog)
Linda and Norman
heading back down
So on the way back down, we took a wrong turn. What should have been an easy mile back to the paved bike path, ended up being 3 miles, and a bridge to get to the other side was washed out so we were traversing rocks across, not fun! If I never see another ROOT again I will be happy, I must have picked my way over at least 1,000 of them on the way down.
